Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Diamond Construction FL Inc holds an active Florida contractor license and carries insurance. We provide certificates of insurance to your building or landlord on request.
Do you handle permits and building approvals?
Yes. We coordinate building permit filings with your architect or expediter when a project requires them, and handle HOA and condo approvals, insurance certificates and building work rules.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Fort Myers and work across Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and surrounding areas.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Yes. We renovate apartments, houses, homes and multi-family buildings, and we build out offices, retail spaces, restaurants and professional suites.
